With over 20 years experience working around the world in various countries, Kieran has amassed a wide range of dishes and cooking techniques.
Both self-taught and learned from local chefs while living and working in various locations – some of them quite remote – Kieran specialises in Turkish, Moroccan, Indian, Spanish, Argentinian, Mexican, Peruvian and wood fired cooking.
He is also experienced in cooking for high-performance needs and specific diets; paleo, gluten, sugar and lactose free, vegan and vegetarian.
